A: No, the exterior lights above your garage are controlled by a dusk-to-dawn switch for security and safety. These lights automatically turn on at night. It’s also recommended to leave the garage wall lights on for visibility of your home number for EMS and guest identification. All exterior lights are LED, using only about 15 watts each.
A: Yes, you can replace the battery in the smoke detectors. If you hear a beeping sound, it may be time for a new battery. A: You’re welcome to plant flowers in the front entrance planting area or along the garage walk, especially for homes with a side entrance. You can also plant along the back of your home or deck. Please ensure these plantings don’t interfere with the grass cutting schedule. All plant beds must be maintained by you, kept free of weeds and overgrown plants.
A: Guests can park along the stone shoulder of the road, but please avoid parking on the grass. Ensure vehicles do not block the road or obstruct emergency vehicles.
