Yes. Cabinet adjustments may be needed as use and seasonal temperature changes affect wood cabinets. The video maintenance section includes guidance.

Water shutoff valves are located under each plumbing fixture. Turn the valve clockwise to shut off the flow.
No. These lights use dusk-to-dawn controls for nighttime illumination, safety, home identification, and visibility for guests and emergency providers.
Yes. The units have battery backup and may beep when the battery needs replacement. Use new Duracell 9-volt batteries. If heights are a concern, ask for help.
Light bulbs are not changed after move-in, but assistance can be provided when a resident needs help because of height or safety concerns.
